SMS Terms (text messaging program)

Program: Flowlex Civil & Plumbing appointment texts.

What you will receive: If you agree (by phone, in person or in writing), we send texts about your service visit: a confirmation when a visit is scheduled or its time changes, a reminder before the visit, a notice when the technician is on the way, and, after a completed visit, one request for a review. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Consent: Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies with your visit, typically a few texts per visit.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. You will receive one confirmation text and no more messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are sent only between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern.

Quotes and work

Quotes and scopes are provided in writing. Work begins after you accept the written scope and price. Prices may change if site conditions or the scope change, and we will tell you before doing additional work.

To the extent permitted by law, Flowlex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits any rights you have under Florida law.
