Name, phone number, email address, service address, a description of the work you need, and details of the visit or job (scheduling, invoices, payments and photos of the work). If you submit a form on our website, we receive the information you type into it.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare quotes, schedule and perform work, send invoices and receive payment, contact you about your visit, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Text messages (SMS)

If you agree to receive text messages, we use your mobile phone number only to send the appointment texts you agreed to: a confirmation when a visit is scheduled or changed, a reminder before the visit, a notice when the technician is on the way, and, after a completed visit, one request for a review. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging consent is not shared with any third party. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, our accounting, invoicing and payment, messaging, email and hosting providers), and only to the extent needed for them to provide their services. We do not sell your personal information.

Card payments

If you pay by card through a payment link, the payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.

How long we keep it

We keep job, invoice and payment records for as long as needed for our business, accounting and legal obligations.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices
